IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- We are an international youth hostel. A valid international passport must be shown on check in.
- We are a strictly 18+ property. Our dorm rooms are recommended for people ages 18-35. If you are over the age of 35 we would advise booking a private room for your own comfort.
- Check-in after 2pm and check-out is before 10am. Free luggage storage and full use of facilities are available prior to check in and after check out.
- Reception hours are 8am to 8pm.
- If checking in after these hours, please contact reception beforehand. They will send you instructions for the self check in. We work with GOKI locks, we would highly recommend to download the GOKI App before check in.
- If checking out prior to 10am, please organise an early check out with reception the night prior.
- Any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
- NYE bookings: 29th Dec to 2nd Jan are non refundable after 1 Dec – full payment will be taken from your credit card on 1 Dec.
- Guests who are already in house and paid are able to cancel up to 48 hours in advance to receive a refund for the remaining nights on the reservation
