Mad Monkey Kings Cross brings you fully into that Sydney city hustle & bustle. The property is right in the center of the action, & with the Kings Cross area reviving, it has brought cute cafes & a lovely Saturday market; alongside the traditional bars and clubs that have given the area its party reputation.
The hostel is set over 3 levels with funky, street-style artwork running through the hallways. Choosing the party hostel option, doesn’t mean having to compromise on quality. All bathrooms have been recently refurbished, and many of our shared dorms include an ensuite. With a fully kitted out kitchen, guests can make any delicious meal they fancy, plus a dining area perfect to meet & mingle! IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- We are an international youth hostel. A valid international passport must be shown on check in.
- We are a strictly 18+ property. Our dorm rooms are recommended for people ages 18-35. If you are over the age of 35 we would advise booking a private room for your own comfort.
- Check-in after 2pm and check-out is before 10am. Free luggage storage and full use of facilities are available prior to check in and after check out.
- Reception hours are 9am to 5pm.
- If checking in after 5pm, please contact the night manager on 02-8004-9947 when you arrive and you will be shown to your room. Please then complete check in the following morning.
- If checking out prior to 9am, please organise an early check out with reception the night before.
- Any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
- All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE and are subject to a 10 night minimum stay. Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled. Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures between 23rd December and 2nd January: no check-ins or outs will be allowed during this time. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.
- Guests who are already in house and paid are able to cancel up to 48 hours in advance to receive a refund for the remaining nights on the reservation
